Catalog 66 is a combination of many New Arrivals as well as select items from our inventory. We found two illustrated books that we're especially excited about: A 1920 edition of The Dream-Pedlar illustrated with gorgeous color plates by Florence Anderson, and the first edition of Harry Clarke's illustrated edition of Fairy Tales from Perrault. A gorgeous copy of Lewis Carroll's Hunting of the Snark, illustrated by Peter Newell, in dust jacket, landed on our doorstep. I had never seen Romney Gay's Box of Books before, but we stumbled upon one this summer and now we're offering it to you. Two early British books made their way to us from York, published by Kendrew in the early 1800s, Cinderilla [sic] and Little Tom Tucker. We were happy to pick up a rare Russian-language fantasy illustrated by Feodor Rojankovsky. A gorgeous shape book awaits you, titled Frolicsome Frogs. As always we are pleased to offer Caldecott Medal and Honor books and Newbery Award Winning and Honor books, classic juvenile literature, picture books and educational books. Enjoy!
